I feel sooo sick! I'm pretty sure I ate some rotten food because I never felt so bad. My belly is filled with cramps, my intestines are on fire. As I sit, I release a powerful diarrhea bomb. I try to distract myself by playing with my console, but it's very difficult. The smell is so sharp and pungent that I have to spray a room deodorant or I risk fainting on the toilet!
