Luna is getting ready when suddenly she starts to have severe abdominal pain with grotesque noises directly from her belly. Her stomach starts to expand and burst out from her blouse! She tries to close the buttons again but it's nearly impossible, with that huge belly. After a while, she finally has an idea: she starts to push, and push, and push, and then finally release a huge and noisy fart that let her belly flat again.

She is pretty shocked about the experience, but now she can get ready to go out.
