Every time I walk up the stairs to get to my apartment I get out of breath, so I've decided it's time to increase my stamina with some intense exercise.
I start with three sets of 15 crunches and as soon as I start.. oops! the contractions of my belly make me release some loud farts! how embarrassing..
Then it's time for the wall sit: a total disaster. I try it three times and three times my legs give out and I end up with my butt on the floor.. my poor legs are literally on fire!
Then I moved back to the exercise mat and tried to do push-ups first and then planks...
