You are puzzled. The girl responds to you that her last intercourse was a year ago.. a year! How is that possible?
Her swollen abdomen doesn't lie, though.

You invite her to move to the examination table to have an abdominal ultrasound and resolve any doubts. After dropping the ultrasound gel on her belly, you begin to pass the probe over her swollen abdomen. Then with your hands you begin to gently press down to understand what is happening.

As she removes the gel from her belly with paper, you reveal the truth: she's not pregnant.. she's just fat! The poor girl is shocked and embarrassed. She hadn't even taken a pregnancy test because she had seen her belly grow so fast that she took it for granted that she was pregnant!

As she gets dressed, she begs you not to tell anyone about this embarrassing episode.
