Luna just gotten a new lamp for her new house and is so excited! She sits down to figure out where she wants to put it and mindlessly strokes it. All of a sudden a strange woman dressed in a genie costume pops up and claims to be a genie.

This seems ridiculous and Luna assumes that this woman is going to rob her. Candle, the genie, offers that she could do one of her three wishes to prove that she is the real deal. No harm in that.
