With Luna Lain!
We're going to do another workout today so if you want to get into a leotard for easy movement, we can get started.
Stretches to the side work our abs and you can have a taut tummy like me! Put your head down and feel the flow to your head.
Doing floor work in a straddle stretch can be subtle. You don't need to go too far to feel the hamstrings.
Pulsing and letting your body hang is a good warm up and relaxing.
On the sofa, lean forward and into a backbend where I accidentally do a candlestick. My long legs stretch in a wide split...
