Since I'm a huge blob and can hardly stand, I thought I'd try to do a "seated workout".
I've been inside for 5 months, not exactly unusual for me since I'm almost immobile, but I wanted to see if I could get moving...in a chair. I had to use a youtube vid called 'elderly seated workout'.. and it was HARD, lol. Watch me get SERIOUSLY out of breath, huff and puff, whine about the routine, jiggle and shake.
