Everyone knows how lazy I am so that's why I was gifted this easy exercise ball: to get in better shape. So I gave it a try... though don't really think the giver would have approved of how I ended up using it. I knew in seconds in that it was just as difficult working out with this "easier" ball than it was standing up. I got extremely out of breath and exhausted in no time. I ended up just showing off my fat and rewarding myself with some yummy cupcakes!
