Natalia tramples all over her slaves head in her silver high heel shoes you can see his face of pain as she steps full weight on him she is hurting him, she also briefly tramples his back and then she tramples his head again, she marches and stomps on his head and then cuts his face with the heel of her shoe as she steps down using her heel and accidently slips.
