The slave is browsing through a book and Natalia walks in the room to show him her new shoes he doesn't look very interested she has spent a lot of money on them and she took offense to this so she punishes him by placing her shoes on her feet and trampling all over his head in them, after she has finished stepping on him he can't read his book now because he has a massive headache.
