The slave has the camera and films up at Natalia as she spits into his open mouth you don't see the slave below as the camera is pointing at the girl but away from him but you can see the spit exiting her mouth and you can tell what's going on, each time she spits he is eating it all up off camera as each droplet hits with perfect aim into his mouth.
