This was filmed outside in the garden on the bench, Natalia spits lots of times into her slaves mouth she is constantly drinking her soda to replenish her spit, she slaps his face to make him watch the spit go from her mouth into his she also bites him very hard on the face this is to control him as he is getting a bit agitated as he is sick of drinking her spit she is letting him know who is boss and she won't stop spitting until she is ready to do so.
