Madalynn, taken from the club when she stepped out to smoke, is found in a bare room on an old mattress. Her captor ropes her up, despite her efforts to get to the window to call attention to herself. He pulls her across the mattress and continues to tie and gag her mercilessly.
She's left incapacitated on the mattress, only able to roll side to side and plead out of her packed mouth.
