Tonight is the night! We're going to practice a long time fantasy and I'm ready! But as I'm practicing tying the ropes just right my phone rings. And my girlfriend's not going to make it off of work till way later.
But as I hang up the phone, I hear a noise.
Then someone opens up the door and attacks me!

I wake up to to microfoam wrapped around my head, ankles and legs tied tightly, crotch-roped and handcuffed! I'm stuck! I'm helpless and all I can do is wiggle in my nighty and try to escape!
