Madalynn is getting ready for bed but hears a strange knock on the door... She waits a while thinking it's her landlord pestering her about rent but turns out to be a package that was delivered to the wrong door.
Inside there is a teddy bear. She puts it on the bed and proceeds to go to rest but something strange starts to happen. When she opens her eyes the bear is on the floor now, confused and tired she realizes her legs aren't working and throws the blankets off to reveal her legs have been taped! She looks back at the bear and it's gone.
Scared, she tries to make it to the door...

When she realizes what is going on, she's been hogtied and tape gagged around the head... What the hell is going on and why is this happening!?
