Nikki can feel them all flying about like bats in an empty cave inside of her enormous belly, her belly couldn't possibly get any bigger, could it!? Already feeling like a giant blimp for her ghoulish guest she has no idea how many more can fit inside of her, just then she gets tossed about onto the bed where her legs fling back over her head and even MORE ghoulish ghosts enter Nikki's body straight to her belly. Again she watches in horror as her belly expands and stretches into an even more gargantuas size, one that she can barely wrap her arms around, if she gets any bigger she's afraid she's going to POP!!! Nikki's belly is so big at this point she can't see anything past it and just when she thinks it's all coming to a stop, one more ghoulish guest swoops in and Nikki PPPPOOOOO....

*Wakes up* Nikki wakes up to find it was all a nightmare and her fears got the best of her....
