Inmate #11-22 is a known repeat offender. He is now before the Supreme Court of the Department of Corrections for #24. He turned himself in, but that won't help him. As usual, an attorney is not allowed. He has already been tried, convicted and physically chastised (see clips Judicial & Punishment 01-03)
Chapter ONE: Prisoner #11-22 is told to clear his urine bottles out of my sight so as not to offend my eyes but again he acts stupid, lazy and above all too slow. I will make a note of this in his file.
