S TORY : Madame Catarina and Domina Liza run a special FemDom jail where offenders are sent for punishment and correctional therapy. There are two new prisoners, one male one female. These prisoners will have the charges against them read out, before being humiliated and punished in front of the other prisoners by the two leather Mistresses with their bullwhips and canes.

C HAPTER THREE: Madame Catarina and Domina Liza select the next prisoner to receive punishment. The charges are read and the punishment is announced. He is to receive 40 strokes from the Lady’s canes and a further 40 lashes from their bullwhips. The prisoner is placed on the punishment bench and Madame Catarina and Domina Liza administer a severe caning, taking it in turns to cane his butt. Before long his butt is a mass of red. With the first part of his punishment over the prisoner is lead outside along with the other prisoners and the Ladies take their bullwhips to his white naked flesh. What follows is an extreme and merciless, double, full body bullwhipping. The bullwhips crack and tear at the prisoners flesh and soon his body is a mass of scars and torn flesh. The Ladies laugh as the other prisoners look on helplessly.
