Chapter FOUR: The next day prisoner #28 has to be constrained to do shoe duty in a special way. Prisoners are often called to the prison principal office to use their services. What are prisoners for!
First the riding boots are taken off and a pair of high heel boots put on then the shoe polish is applied directly to the prisoner's tongue. Cleaning rags should be avoided at all costs. Using the tongue as a biological cloth the prisoner applies the shoe polish to the boots, spreads it there and massages it in well. Everything is controlled with the remote control to the electric shocker on his neck.
