The slave has to put his hands on the ground - so my friend and I can trample them under our bare feet! We both weight around 130lbs - and each concentrate on one hand in the beginning. The slave's in great pain as we stand, stomp and jump all over his fragile hands - but it's about to get even worse! I take my friend on my back and then trample the slave's hands under our combined weight - and I even try to concentrate our combined weight on just a few fingers.
