For this biting I want the slave to be completely defenseless - so I make him lie down on the couch face-down, bind his hands and sit down on his back. Now he's trapped under me and I can easily his fingers and arms with my sharp teeth. I even bite his neck a couple of times ... oh, I just love it how he's struggling helplessly in pain under me :-D
