I'm propelling the loser during his dumbbell training to make sure he doesn't pussy out as usual - and to motivate him some more, I sit down on his face and order him to lift my 60kg (132lbs) instead of the 40kg (88lbs) dumbbells! The oxygen deprivation surely doesn't make it easier for him. But today I really want him to suffer! Next, I grab the two 20kg (44lbs) dumbbells and then sit down on his face with the combined weight of 100kg (220lbs) - now he definitely has no chance to lift me anymore :-D If it works better with my legs extended over his body and only one dumbbell?! :-D
