Since I still don't know you're inside of the trash can, I can't help you either ... even if I wanted to! And so, when I'm done cleaning, I take out the trash bag with you still inside, even double bag it to make sure nothing of the disgusting trash can leak out and then tie it firmly before taking it out to the big trash can.
