Today, I want to work on some kicks and punches - and this loser is going to be my punching bag! I've bound his hands behind his back and he has to stand in the middle of the room so I can properly kick and hit him. Over and over his body is hit and while my punches destroy his muscles, my kicks send him flying to the wall. It doesn't take long until his whole upper body is bruised and he can barely hold himself on his feet ... and I just started my workout!
