I've put the slave on a leash and push him to the ground with my boots. Now he'll be trampled, but not under my Buffalo boots ... I instruct him to take them off, so I can trample this weakling under my nylon feet, while I use the leash to balance myself on his body. I've been wearing these nylons for a while and they're really stinky and sweaty by now - and obviously I'll make him smell them a couple of times while I'm trampling him.
