My pencil cup in the office is empty once again and I confront my colleague about it - he took my pens a couple of times already and of course I find my pens on his desk once again! He needs to be taught a lesson! I tell him - if he doesn't want to lose his job over this - he has to put his hands flat on the desk - while I climb onto the desk and immediately start to trample his hands under my boots!
