As he makes her undress, he says that he will not only take her purse and household valuables, but that he will leave in her car. Carissa is powerless to prevent any of this from happening, and is instead highly concerned that this man's attentions as she strips might lead to rather more interaction that she would care for. He offers to help her undress, to unhook her bra, and makes her turn and let him see her from the back at various stages of undress. This feels like far more than a regular burglary.
