Dave is way behind on his mortgage payments and the bank is threatening to foreclose on his loan. As a final attempt to reach an agreement, bank representative Rachel Adams arrives with a new proposal which Dave must sign there and then, as well as paying off a small percentage of his debt, if he is to avoid losing his home.
