Instead, he circles around her, watching as she removes her jacket, her skirt, her top, her hose, her bra, and finally, her panties. The felon now takes her handcuffs and puts them on her wrists, locking her arms behind her back. Now she can't cover her breasts or vagina and must suffer the embarrassment of being completely exposed. The felon then makes her kneel on the floor in front of him, warning her that she will stay like this until she betrays how she managed to find him.
