Star answers the door to a man claiming to be from the water board, and he wants to come in to read the water meter. Star admits him and leads him to the kitchen, asking if the meter would be under the sink. The man tells her that he has no idea, revealing that he is not from the water board at all. He makes Star go through to the living room where he tells her to stand in front of him and slowly remove her clothes.
