Money has been going missing in Dave's house, and he suspects that his maid Rachel is responsible. He confronts her about a sum of money that went missing from a drawer the previous week, but Rachel emphatically denies taking it. Dave is not persuaded by her denials, and tells her he has to let her go. Rachel says no, she badly needs this job.
