It looks like my patient today has come in complaining of pain in his testicle area. This is a fairly common complaint about middle-aged men. I will spend a lot of time examining the area trying to determine the best course of action. After a thorough exam, I determine that is a tear in the testicular wall and the only treatment is full castration. It's going to be very painful, but it has to be done.
