Charlie's much awaited second clip at the Factory and this time shy Charlie shows more of his "assets". The urchin has been skipping school! Well, that I was not going to have!!! Charlie got the classic punishment that such miscreants deserve. Hand spanked, belted and whipped with the crop he soon learnt that I meant business.
