I hadn't seen Jonathon in a couple of months so I was pleasantly surprised when he called yesterday afternoon asking if he could come round for breakfast (I do a mean scrambled eggs) today. He said he wasn't up for a spanking and that was OK with me. We agreed that he would be here at 8am. I had set the table and had been to the bakers to get fresh bread and pastries, coffee was brewed, marmalade, ham and even smoked salmon was on the table.
