This is a bit similar to the famous Cornwall baracks clip. In this clip Dustin gets a kind of judicial punishment. He is lying on a bench and gets five hard strokes with a cane before recieving a long hard belting. His heart wrenching wailing is amazing to hear. The clip ends with him getting another five with the cane. And yes, the tears are real. The DVD quality version is below.
