When I start leg training, after of course a good strech, high kicks are always on the list. My husband is very tall, so when I practice high kicks on his face, it's so easy for me to kick the head of shorter opponents in competitive matches. And also I love high kicks! I start kicking my loser husband's face, he has to take my full power kicks, sometimes in a fast pace! Of course I don't stop until he hits the floor!
