Casey can't believe that Derek has never had his socks and feet worshiped. Since Derek is wearing one of Casey's favorite kind of socks, he agrees to show him how he worships. Derek's socks were not too dirty, but Derek had been wearing them for a few days so they smelled great to Casey. Once he took Derek's socks off, Casey was able to get his tongue deep between Derek's plump toes and lick up and down his friend's wide soles until they were cleaned off.
