I met Matt this year in Philly for the 2021 TKL Fest. He was the superlative winner of "Best Laugh" and I think he deserves it without question. He earns it in this clip if nothing else. This super-ticklish ticklephile endures 30 minutes of devilish tickling torment and was still on speaking terms with me. Color me impressed. Just like Matt's toenails.
