This is part 2 of the Rikk/Eddie pairing which is tickling focused (Part 1 is foot and sock worship focused). Coach Eddie Danger's training of his athlete Rikk York continues. Coach instructs Rikk to strap him down hand and foot and then tickle his feet and muscular body. This doesn't really have any educational value, but Coach loves it more than he would ever admit. However, Rikk is so much better at tickling than he expected, and Coach Eddie is afraid he may have crated a tickling monster!
