First Vic drives her throat down on the rope with his foot, then goes even further and actually stands on her back so he can use his body weight to crush her throat onto the rope. After toying with her this way, Victor execute one of his favourite cheats: a rope burn on his opponent's face, done by sliding her cheek along the rope using his foot.
