Dr. Smith Jr. is watching Klein via a camera he placed in his room. Klein leaves and arrives and the doctors office to talk give his pharma sales pitch. Dr. Smith Jr. offers to let him try a new med he created and it knocks Klein out. Dr. Smith joins his step-son and they strip off some of his clothes and worship his body. Klein starts to come around only to be knocked out again. Dr. Smith Jr. straps him down and performs ECT on him till ge flatlines. CPR commences. Klein comes around and Dr. Smith Jr. uses a light to him.
