How about you make a clip in which both coats cover camera and you fast unzip / zip coats from bottom and the top. Then you put the mid-length coat with hood and play with zipper. Then you put on the longer gray coat but please make sure you not only put it on with the hood, play with zippers. but don'T forget to play with the inside pocket zipper while wearing it. At the end of the clip. Cover camera with one of the coats, fast zip it saying goodbye.
