Wear high heels and have a pen to use to itch toes (always show sole of foot towards camera). Also have can of foot spray. Camera watches feet under desk.

Start slipping left foot in and out of shoe and rub it on shoe and desk. Say, "my toes itch." Reach pen down to scratch between toes and sole of foot. Slip foot back in heel. Slip foot back out to itch again. "Bet I got athletes foot again. Damn." Keep itching toes with pen, use hand and rub on desk and heel, talking about foot sweaty, I got athletes foot, so itchy, etc. End of clip, take heel of shoe and use it to ...
