C. P. JUSTICE Starring BOB BALLS, TONY CURTIN, CLAY LAWSON and MARK LESLIE Three delinquents have an appointment with their probation officer, Mr. C. P. Justice, who teaches them responsibility with a dose of severe corporal punishment. One at a time, the boys are taken into a private office where they are spanked on the jeans, briefs and finally on the bare butt. Then paddles and straps are used to drive the lesson home, while the other boys have to wait outside in the hallway, listening to their friends receiving their punishment.
