Tony Orlando is Mike Panic’s roommate. Tony is lazy and leaves his underwear all over the place. Mike confronts him about it, but Tony blows him off.

Mike decides to teach him a lesson and make him put on each pair of underwear and then get wedgies.

After a lot of underwear, Mike tells Tony that he’s his wedgie slave now.
