Lance has a young college student neighbor whose parents are out of town and keeps throwing loud parties. When Lance comes to confront Chase about the noise, Chase is a little belligerent, and Lance gets an idea.

He tells Chase that he is going to call his parents and tell them about all the parties. He knows Chase's parents are very strict. So Chase is willing to do anything to stay out of trouble, even let Lance tie him up on the floor and have his way...

Lance goes to work on Chase's feet, tickling them at first with his hands, then with a lubed up toothbrush...
