Dr. Lennox is unclear as to exactly what Dude Step-Bro's are, but he assumes Elis holds them in high esteem. To show Elis that he can, indeed, regard himself as a Dude Step-Bro no matter what others think of him or how they treat him, he commands the twink to keep repeating the fact that he is a Dude Step-Bro - while giving him a painful series of wedgies. The first wedgie comes as a surprise, Dr. Lennox yanking his tighty whities up from his jeans on the sofa.
