It's been a while since I last updated my Instagram..

One the bed I got my cleavage out and posed with two of my stuffed with the caption -

Next is eating a salad on camera, I'm so hungry though and this will barely fill me up. At least it's a good picture, you can really tell how slim my belly is.

Now it's time to grab my dumbbells are show those biceps, I can feel I haven't done these in a while but hey..

"Being fit isn't a destination; it's a lifestyle" so, I can take a couple of days off if I need to.

I continue to motivate myself with the thought that I'm still fit as I struggle to keep the dumbbells up.

To complete my feed any further I need a picture of me squatting, I doubt I can still do one properly. The weight is very heavy and I can barely hold still. After the picture is taken I need to sit down, feeling light headed because I haven't eaten much.

For this one I'll strip a little more showing off my front and back -side.

"Once you see the results, it becomes an addiction" Too bad it has never worked for me...

but now I'm finally done, I can breathe again.. as my chubby belly appears. I realize how cheesy those lines are and how I've let myself go but my followers can't find out. If I just eat a salad for today and continue like that, I'll be my old self in no time!

I'm already having seconds thoughts having the salad before me and with every bite my motivation diminishes. I absolutely hate the salad and give in to my burger cravings. Maybe if I go out in this workout gear, people will assume I've at least exercised.

At M*donalds I eat 20 chicken-nuggets, 1 large fries, a big-mac, and a large coke. I smile and burp as I please, I'm feeling so happy eating whatever I want before this diet. I don't even care how much my bloated belly sticks out or how tight my pants are.

After finishing the entire meal I'm confident my diet will succeed, I'm so sick of M*donalds now... but in a few seconds I already changed my mind. Only one more ice cream and THEN I'm ready to diet.

I eat my ice cream outside in the rain as satisfied as can be, even showing off my round belly in public.
