Scorpion gets reports from the field that rival Smuggler Eric Mantis has moved into
his territory with a cheaper product and a lower price. Scorpion decides to send Mantis a
message by his long time girlfriend Kasey McGillis. Scorpion sends out an
order to have her brought in.

The Agency gets word of Scorpion's plan and takes quick action. Agent Richards is brought
into an Underground Surgical Facility where The Agency's top Surgeon reconstructs her
to look remarkably like Kasey McGillis.

Can The Agency make the switch before Scorpion gets the real Kasey? If the plan works,
will it ever fool Eric Mantis?
