"Scorpion" has who he believes is his arch rival Eric Mantis'
girlfriend Kasey McGillis. She's been, and humiliated along
side Agent Alex Hunter who "Scorpion" has been trying to extract information
from using his own deviant and cruel methodology.

"Scorpion" sends a video of his exploits to "Mantis" who, fearing for his
beloved's life, agrees to Scorpion's demands and the two Crime Boss's
arrange a meeting to exchange Kasey McGillis for the ransom Scorpion
has demanded.
